The artifact I’ve chosen for my second eportfolio project is the instructional strategies booklet that my class assembled. The Book contains 25 pages each page representing a different instructional strategy falling under five main themes. Activation, collaboration, metacognition, communication, and application. The two standards I believe that this artifact most closely resembles are standard 4 CEC standards as well as standard 6 in the une Ed Department CCTS standards. The reason why I believe this artifact closely resembles these two standards is both these standards relatively say the same thing I’m talking about using different assessment types to give the best chance for students to succeed. Book shows have 25 different ways to implement types of Assessments and activities.

The reason why I believe this artifact will help me improve to be a better educator in the future is by giving me different types of assessments as well as activities. There is no such thing as one good way to teach a class students to need a variety of different ways to learn as every student is different. Having this booklet in these multiple different types of assessments and activities will allow me to provide my students with a much more open way to learn.  This will allow me to change my activities and assignments based on the student’s needs and abilities.
